Lincoln LNT 304LSi steel rods, ER308LSi / W 19 9 LSi type, have a minimal carbon content, which reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion. Thanks to this, there is no need to use additional alloys to stabilize the metal structure. The increased silicon content improves the fluidity of the welding bath and its wetting ability, which translates into smooth, regular-shaped welds. These rods facilitate the welding process and ensure an aesthetic appearance of the weld. They can be used for a variety of applications such as pipe welding, steel sheet production and ship construction. The welding process uses Ar inert gas (100%) for shielding.
