Lincoln LNT 304LSi, type ER308LSi / W 19 9 LSi, steel rods have a very low carbon content in the weld metal, which reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion. This eliminates the need to use alloy additives that stabilize the metal structure. Thanks to the increased silicon content, the fluidity of the weld pool and wettability are improved, which ensures a smooth, regular-shaped weld face. LNT 304LSi rods provide better weldability and weld appearance. Rods can be used at least for welding pipes, producing steel sheets and in shipbuilding. Welding takes place in the inert gas shield Ar (100%).
