Steel rods Lincoln LNT 316LSi - Ø2.0mm

Lincoln LNT 316LSi steel rods, ER316LSi / W 19 12 3 LSi class, have a higher silicon content, which translates into smooth, regular welds and excellent penetration. This is especially important in the case of fillet welds. The weld metal is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion, which may be caused by the action of reducing acids. These rods are intended for welding steel operating at temperatures of 400 ºC. The main applications of LNT 316LSi bars include pipe welding, steel sheet production and shipbuilding. The welding process takes place in an inert Ar gas shield (100%).
