Lincoln LNT 304L welding rods, ER308L / W 19 9L type, feature minimal carbon content, which reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion and eliminates the need for stabilizing alloy additives. The weld metal is characterized by high resistance to this type of corrosion even at temperatures up to 300 ºC. LNT 304L rods are extremely durable and corrosion-resistant, making them ideal for use in pipe welding, the petrochemical industry and nuclear power plants, among others. The welding process is carried out using a wire in the inert gas shield of argon (100%).
