Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes are impact-resistant down to -40°C and provide good CTOD values at -10°C. They are ideal for offshore applications, especially where the chemical composition must be nickel-free. The yield of weld metal is from 100% to 120%. They can be welded in all positions, except from top to bottom, with AC/DC (+/-) current. The welding current range is 120-160A. Each package weighs 1.5 kg and contains approximately 28 electrodes.
