Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes have an impact resistance down to -40°C and achieve good CTOD values at -10°C. They are ideal for marine (offshore) applications, especially when nickel cannot be used in the chemical composition. The yield of weld metal is from 100% to 120%. They can be welded in all positions (except top down) at AC/DC (+/-) current in the range of 120-140A. Each package weighs 1.9 kg and contains approximately 50 electrodes.
