Lincoln SuperGlaze TIG 5183 aluminum welding rods are perfect for applications where greater strength is required. The rods type is R5183 / S Al 5183 (AlMg4.5Mn0.7(A)). They are used for welding alloys 5083 and 5456 and are resistant to corrosion. SuperGlaze TIG 5183 rods are ideal for use in the shipbuilding industry, shipbuilding, production of low-temperature tanks, production of bicycle frames and in the railway industry. The welding process takes place in a shield of inert gas Ar (100%) or Ar+ 0,5-95% He. The recommended gas flow is from 14.2 to 23.6 liters per minute.
