Steel rods intended for Lincoln LNT 316L, ER316L / W 19 12 3 L type, are characterized by excellent mechanical properties and chemical composition. The weld metal is highly resistant to corrosion in crevices and to the action of oxidizing acids. They are used for welding or surfacing steel with identical chemical composition. The main applications of LNT 316L rods include pipe welding, applications in the petrochemical industry and in nuclear power plants. The welding process takes place in an inert gas shield (Ar 100%).
