Lincoln LNT 316L seel rods, ER316L / W 19 12 3 type, have excellent mechanical properties and chemical composition. The weld metal is highly resistant to crevice corrosion and the oxidizing effects of acids. They are used for welding or surfacing of steel with the same chemical composition. The most important applications of LNT 316L rods are pipe welding, petrochemistry and nuclear power plants. Welding takes place in an inert gas shield (Ar 100%).
