Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes are characterized by impact resistance down to -40°C and good CTOD values at -10°C. They are ideal for offshore applications, especially where nickel cannot be used in the chemical composition. The weld metal recovery is between 100% and 120%. They can be welded in all positions, except from top to bottom, with AC/DC (+/-) current. Each package weighs 2.4 kg and contains approximately 50 electrodes.
