Flux cored wire Lincoln Outershield MC715-H Ø1.6mm

Lincoln Outershield MC715-H welding wire, powder-coated in its form, is an excellent alternative to basic wires in a variety of welding applications. It provides a stable arc and easy welding, characterized by outstanding mechanical properties, where its ISO-V impact strength exceeds 47 J even at an extreme temperature of -40 ºC. It is possible to weld in most positions except vertical from top to bottom. The welding process uses DC+ current in a gas shield containing an Ar+CO₂ mixture with a concentration exceeding 15-25%. The recommended gas flow is between 15 and 25 liters per minute.
