Lincoln SuperGlaze TIG 4043 aluminum welding rods are an excellent choice for joining cast and forged aluminum alloys, especially recommended for welding 5052 and 6XXX alloys. The rods type is R4043 / S Al 4043A (AlSi5). Clear markings on each rod make them easy to recognize. These bars are mainly used in the production of frames for bicycles, boilers and tanks. The welding process should be carried out in an atmosphere of inert gas Ar (100%) or a mixture of argon and helium, and the recommended gas flow is from 14.2 to 23.6 liters per minute.
