Welding wire Lincoln LNM 307 - Ø1.2mm

Wire Lincoln LNM 307, thanks to its increased silicon content, improves the fluidity of the weld pool and its wetting ability, resulting in a smooth weld surface with a regular shape. The closest wire type is ER307 / G 18 8 Mn. It is used for welding difficult-to-weld steels and can be employed to create a buffer layer during hardfacing. The main applications of this wire include hardfacing, exhaust systems, dissimilar metal joints, as well as quenched and tempered steels. During welding with wire LNM 309LSi, it is recommended to use a gas mixture containing argon in the amount of 0.5% to 5% CO₂ or 0.5% to 3% O₂ as a shielding gas.
