Welding wire Lincoln LNM 309LSi - Ø1.2mm

The welding wire Lincoln LNM 309LSi contains approximately 12% delta ferrite, which provides resistance to hot cracking. The type is ER309LSi / G 23 12 L Si. Thanks to the increased silicon content, the fluidity of the weld pool and wettability are improved, ensuring a smooth weld bead surface with a regular shape. The wire can also be used for welding clad steels operating at temperatures up to 300°C. Main applications of the wire include general manufacturing, transportation, and processing industries. During welding with LNM 309LSi wire, it is recommended to use a shielding gas mixture containing argon ranging from 0.5% to 5% CO₂ or from 0.5% to 3% O₂ as the shielding gas.
