Welding wire Lincoln LNM 316LSi - Ø1.2mm

The welding wire Lincoln LNM 316LSi is a solid wire with a high silicon content, designed for welding stainless steel CrNi LNM 316LSi, type ER316LSi / G 19 12 3 LSi. The wire ensures a smooth and regular weld bead shape as well as excellent fusion, especially for fillet welds. It exhibits high resistance to both pitting and crevice corrosion caused by reducing acids. It is used for welding steels operating at temperatures up to 400°C. The main applications of the wire include welding pipes, manufacturing steel plates, tanks, and hardfacing. During welding with LNM 316LSi wire, it is recommended to use a shielding gas mixture containing argon ranging from 0.5% to 5% CO₂ or from 0.5% to 3% O₂ as the shielding gas.
