Welding wire Lincoln LNM 304LSi - Ø1.2mm

The Lincoln LNM 304LSi welding wire is a solid wire with very low carbon content, type ER308LSi / G 19 9 LSi, designed for welding stainless steel CrNi LNM 304LSi. Thanks to the very low carbon content in the alloy, the risk of intergranular corrosion is reduced, eliminating the need for additional alloys that would stabilize the metal structure. The increased silicon content ensures the fluidity of the weld pool and its wetting ability, resulting in a smooth weld bead with a regular shape. This, in turn, translates into better welding quality and appearance of the weld. The main applications of this wire include welding pipes, manufacturing steel sheets, tanks, and overlay welding. During welding with the LNM 304LSi wire, it is recommended to use a shielding gas mixture of Ar+ in the range of 0.5% to 5% CO₂ or 0.5% to 3% O₂.
