The Weicon HT 111 epoxy resin system is intended for repairing and filling gaps in metal elements. It has a pasty consistency, is filled with steel and is resistant to high temperatures up to 200 °C (392 °F) and for a short time up to 280 °C (536 °F). Weicon HT 111 is chemically resistant, does not corrode and is applied in a mixing ratio of 1:1. The repair material is suitable for processing on vertical surfaces and can be used for repairing and bonding metals on castings and metal parts, for filling exhaust holes, for repairing damage to containers, car bodies and machine parts, and for sealing pumps and pipes. Due to its properties, the composite material is particularly suitable for use in the construction of machines and devices, apparatus and many other areas of industry.
