The WEICON A epoxy resin system is DNV GL certified. It is especially recommended for repairs in the maritime sector. It is filled with steel pigments, magnetic and has a pasty consistency. Can be used on vertical surfaces. It is also used to remove damage caused by corrosion, pitting and to repair holes and gaps. It also works well, for example, in the reproduction of elements that have been seriously damaged by corrosion and pitting. The product is a real alternative to assisted welding because the processing of epoxy resin does not cause thermal deformations as is the case with welding. The two-component WEICON A will also be used in the repair of tanks, pipes as well as cracks in the housings of engines, pumps and machine elements.
