The Oerlikon CITOPULS III 420 W is a modern, modular inverter device with a separate feeder. It is used for MIG/MAG and MMA welding of all types of steel and non-ferrous metals. MMA welding can be done directly from the feeder. The Hot Start function facilitates ignition, and Arc Force controls and changes arc dynamics parameters.
The feeder is equipped with 4 rollers, ensuring better wire guidance and minimal risk of wire entanglement. The feeder displays welding parameters and programs.
For MIG/MAG, the machine is equipped with processes such as Short Arc, Spray Arc, SpeedShortArcTM, High Penetration SpeedTM, Standard Pulse, ColdDoublePulse, Spray ModalTM, and Brazing. There are 100 pre-installed synergic lines and 100 custom welding programs can be saved.
