Terms of cancellation

1. The customer is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, entitled - by law - the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving reasons, making a statement in writing, within 14 days and sending them to WELDCUT Łukasz Mielcarz, ul. Żabokliki-Kolonia 47 08-10 Siedlce or email: biuro@weldcut.pl specified herein.

2. The term of 14 days counted from the date on which the delivery of the Goods.

3. The right of withdrawal by the consumer is switched off in case.

• contracts for services, for which the price or remuneration depends solely on price movements in the financial market;
• goods (services) beyond the standard offer of the store, brought on special order and tailored to individual needs and goods with a short or after the period of validity;
• benefits, which by their nature can not be returned

4. In case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered null and void. What the parties rendered shall be returned unchanged, unless a change was necessary in the ordinary management. The reimbursement should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. 5. Goods returned by the customer should be packed in an appropriate way, to ensure no damage to the shipment during transport.

When the products are defective return will not be considered and the cost of re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

6. The cost of packing and returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

7. Shipment can send your own courier or the Polish Post.

For shipment should include the following items:

products returned
Return Form accompanied by proof of purchase.
The package must be marked 'return.
