Lincoln Pantafix welding electrodes are medium-coated rutile-cellulose electrodes for structural steel. They offer excellent weldability in all positions, including vertical top-down welding. Thanks to their arc dynamics, they ensure the proper melting profile of the material. Pantafix electrodes effectively fill the gaps and enable easy and repeated arc ignition. They are perfect for welding elements protected with a protective layer as well as those that are slightly corroded or dirty. They also enable welding of galvanized steel. The welding process can be carried out using AC/DC current - ranging from 90 to 130 amperes. Each package contains approximately 156 electrodes and weighs 4.4 kg.
