It is characterized by a very high hardening speed, high flexibility and abrasion resistance. It is resistant to impacts and especially abrasion and has a very high tear resistance. Due to its high mechanical strength, it is particularly suitable for repairing rubber and metal elements that are exposed to impacts, abrasion, vibrations or oscillations. Weicon Belt Repair-Kit SF is characterized by simple and quick processing. The system is suitable for many applications, such as repairing and coating belts and conveyors, repairing rubber coatings, as elastic wear protection and for the rapid repair of worn rubber surfaces. In addition to the polyurethane system, the set includes a Primer for preliminary surface treatment and a spatula for even distribution of the mass. Short processing time of two to three minutes. Can be charged after one hour. Complete hardening after three hours.
