SpartusMultiPro 200 4in1 welder

The Spartus MultiPro 200 4in1 welder is a high-quality, modern inverter device, constructed based on PWM technology and professional IGBT transistors. It enables welding with MIG, TIG AC, TIG DC, and MMA methods with a current of up to 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The device dimensions are 606 × 217 × 404 mm, and it weighs 21 kg, making it easy to transport. The duty cycle for all available methods is 40%. The device allows welding with wire diameters from 0.6 to 1.0 mm.

The power source is equipped with a synergic MIG/MAG system with selectable programs for welding steel, stainless steel, aluminum, self-shielding wire, and brazing. Parameters can be manually corrected, where the device recommends material thickness and wire feed speed. The welder also works in manual mode. Additionally, it has several functions supporting MIG welding such as:

• 2T/4T – 2-stroke is best for short welds, and 4-stroke for longer welds.
• BurnBack – prevents the electrode wire from sticking to the contact tip by advancing the wire after welding.
• SlowFeed – regulates wire travel speed, ensuring stable ignition, especially at high wire feed speeds, minimizing weld defects at the weld start.
• Pre Gas and Post Gas – helps shield the weld pool, preventing oxidation.
• Inductance adjustment – allows the introduction of less heat into the welding area. This prevents the sheet metal from deforming and protects the zinc coating, which is useful in brazing. The welder is equipped with a high-quality two-roller wire feeder that ensures stable feeding. A great advantage of the device is also welding with a SpoolGun.
• SpoolGun – a welding torch with an integrated wire feeder, ideal for car workshops and thin sheet welding, perfect for hard-to-reach places and working at heights. The welding wire spool is placed in the torch handle, which has a standard EURO connection and control plug.

The MultiPro 200 4in1 welder also supports TIG AC and TIG DC welding, allowing arc ignition with HF or Lift. It features pulse welding, ideal for very thin sheets and aluminum. Additionally, the MultiPro 200 4in1 has functions supporting TIG welding:

• 3 AC waveforms – To achieve even better parameters for welding specific materials, the device offers the user the option to select the appropriate waveform: rectangular, triangular, and sinusoidal. The most commonly used rectangular waveform generates more heat in the welding area. This AC waveform is best suited for welding aluminum with added magnesium, while the triangular shape is recommended for thin materials, and the sinusoidal shape is ideal for welding pure aluminium.
• 2T/4T – Allows for the adjustment of balance, current frequency and pulse, pulse width, and pulse current - adjustment of current time and ramp-up. 2T/4T – allows adjusting balance, current frequency, pulse width, and pulse current – adjusting current time and ramp-up.
• Spot welding – useful for lap joints of thin sheets and preliminary tacking before butt welding, providing short pulses and low heat input, ensuring evenly distributed and sized tack welds.

• Arc Force – improves short arc welding and prevents electrode sticking.
• Hot Start – ensures high-quality weld start by increasing the initial welding current from working level to optimal.
