Spartus ProMIG 335DP welder

The Spartus PROMIG 335DP Dual Pulse welder is a modern, multifunctional inverter device designed for welding using MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA methods. It is powered by a three-phase 400V network and allows welding with a current of 10-300 A for each method. The diameter of the wire supported by the device ranges from 0.8 to 1.2 mm. The duty cycle of the device is 60%. It weighs 55 kg and its dimensions are 930 x 490 x 940 mm.

Main advantages of the welder:

• Pulse – Ensures better transfer of filler metal to the welded material, which significantly improves control over the welding process and also ensures better quality of the weld. Thanks to the pulsed current, the resulting weld has a fine-crystalline structure and resistance to hot cracking. It can easily weld in all positions, which is especially useful in forced positions. It provides less heat input, making it suitable for thinner materials as well as those with increased thermal conductivity, such as aluminum alloys. It reduces the amount of spatter.
• Double pulse – Guarantees better transfer of filler metal to the welded material, improving control over the welding process and also enhancing the quality of the weld. It works perfectly in all positions, especially in forced positions. It ensures less heat input, which is great for thinner materials as well as those with increased thermal conductivity, such as aluminum alloys. It reduces the amount of welding spatter. This is the most advanced welding method, in which current pulses occur in two ranges, allowing for optimal aesthetics of the weld face, known as the "scales" effect.
• Full synergy – This function facilitates the selection of optimal parameters in the welding process. Thanks to programmed data, the welder automatically adjusts the wire feed speed to the welding current. This function speeds up the start of work and eliminates the risk of incorrect settings that negatively affect the quality and appearance of the weld. The selection of settings is based on key parameters such as the type of material being welded, wire diameter, type of shielding gas, and thickness of the material being welded.
• Spoolgun – This is a welding torch with a built-in wire feeder. It is most useful in automotive workshops and when welding thin sheets. Ideal for hard-to-reach places and working at height. The spool is located in the torch handle. It has a standard EURO connection and a control plug.
• Memory settings – This function allows saving the device settings. It is useful in repetitive work to quickly return to previous settings.
• Spot welding – This function is useful for lap joining of thin sheets as well as preliminary tacking, for example before butt welding. It introduces a short pulse, ensuring low heat emission in the joining area. Evenly distributed tack points and their uniform size facilitate the welding process.
