The Spartus EasyMIG 375 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, constructed based on IGBT transistors. It has functions such as welding with a consumable electrode in a shield of inert and active gases (MIG/MAG), welding with a coated electrode (MMA) and TIG Lift welding with ignition by friction. In addition, the equipment, thanks to the possibility of changing the welding polarity, allows welding with a shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for the TIG and MIG methods is 350A, while for the MMA method - 300A. The duty cycle is 60%. The welder is powered by a three-phase 400V network. The machine is also equipped with synergistic programs for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires with a diameter of 0.8 to 1.2 mm. In addition, there is a possibility of manual correction of parameters. The weight of the device is 38 kg and the dimensions are 920 × 470 × 740 mm.
The welder is equipped with a modern LCD display that allows you to easily and quickly set the welding current voltage and manage the device functions. During parameter correction, the display determines the dependence of the weld shape on the voltage and also graphically suggests the thickness of the material for the selected current.
The power source is equipped with a professional four-roll wire feeder ensuring stable feeding. The durable and compact design is ideal for difficult conditions. It is possible to mount a technical gas cylinder on the chassis of the device.
Key Features of the Spartus EasyMIG 375 Welding Machine:
IGBT - the welder uses modern transistors that ensure minimum electromagnetic interference, low power losses in basic systems, which allows for increased efficiency and increases the reliability of the equipment.
2T/4T - the two-stroke method is mainly used for shorter welds, while the four-stroke method works best for longer welds. Synergy - is a modern microprocessor control that automatically selects parameters depending on the type and diameter of the wire and the thickness of the material.
Inductance regulation - allows for the introduction of less heat into the welding area, thanks to which the sheet metal does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged, this function is particularly useful in brazing.
Braze welding - is a method similar to MIG/MAG welding, the main difference is that the energy is much lower in braze welding. This makes this method great for joining thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. In braze welding, the solder melts, not the welded material.
Hot Start - increases the operating current at the start of welding, which ensures the highest quality of welding start and first-class ignition.
Arc Force - this function is used to improve the stability of the short arc combustion and to prevent the electrode from "sticking". When the metal drop is separated from the electrode, the current is automatically increased to a certain level by means of a suitable switch. This function can be turned on and off as needed.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) - the power supply is turned off within milliseconds of the end of welding, reducing the voltage in the coated electrode to a safe level.
Slow Feed - regulates the wire approach speed, which ensures stable ignition, especially in cases of high feed speed, reduces the risk of welding defects at the beginning of the weld.
Spool Gun - this is a welding torch with a built-in wire feeder. Most useful in car workshops and when welding thin sheets, it also works great in hard-to-reach places.
Burn Back - prevents the electrode wire from melting to the current tip due to the wire being temporarily pulled out after welding.
3in1 - the welder is equipped with two current plugs plus and minus as well as variable polarity. This solution is simple and failure-free, it is found mainly in inverter welders.
4-roller feeder - professional feeder made of pressure die-cast aluminum. It is equipped with 4 rollers driven by gears.
Euro connector - enables interchangeable use of different types of handles.
