The Spartus EasyMIG 215 is a modern inverter semi-automatic welder, constructed based on IGBT transistors. The welder features functions for welding with inert and active gas shielding (MIG/MAG), coated electrode welding (MMA), and TIG Lift (arc ignition by scratching). The device allows for easy polarity change, enabling welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG and TIG methods is 200A at 60% duty cycle, and for MMA method, it's 180A at 60% duty cycle. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The SpartusEasyMIG 215 has a synergistic system for welding MIG/MAG wires with diameters of 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm, and aluminum 1.0 mm with the possibility of manual parameter correction. Its light weight of 12 kg and dimensions of 490 × 230 × 330 mm ensure easy transport.
Thanks to adjustable inductance, the device allows setting the width and depth of the weld, and enables spatter-free welding of both thin sheets and thick profiles, as well as brazing CuSi, making it possible to join galvanized sheets commonly used in car bodies.
The Spartus EasyMIG 215 welder is equipped with a latest-generation color LCD display, significantly facilitating device settings. It allows easy voltage setting and function management. Additionally, during parameter correction, the display suggests the weld shape and graphically indicates the material thickness for the selected current.

Main advantages of SpartusEasyMIG 215
- IGBT Transistors: Modern transistors ensuring lower energy consumption, resistance to disturbances and voltage drops, and reliable operation.
- Inductance Adjustment: Enables introducing less heat into the welding area, preventing sheet deformation and preserving the zinc protective layer, which is very useful in brazing.
- Full Synergy: Provides modern microprocessor control that automatically adjusts work parameters depending on the wire diameter, material type, and thickness.
- FCAW: Allows welding with cored wire without a gas cylinder; the wire (FLUX) is filled with a substance that generates gases during welding.
- Brazing: This method resembles MIG/MAG welding but delivers much lower energy. Therefore, brazing is best suited for joining galvanized thin sheets. It is also suitable for joining thin stainless steel sheets and heterogeneous joints, e.g., stainless steel with regular steel or copper with steel.
- SpoolGun: A welding torch with a built-in wire feeder, ideal for car workshops for welding thin sheets and in hard-to-reach places and at heights. The wire spool is located in the torch handle.
- Hot Start: Momentarily increases the initial welding current above the set value when igniting the arc, preventing the electrode from sticking and making the welding process easier to start.
- 2T/4T: Two-stroke and four-stroke modes; in two-stroke, pressing the "start" button initiates the welding process, which stops when the button is released. In four-stroke, pressing and releasing the button initiates welding, and pressing it again stops the process.
- Arc Force: Arc dynamics; as the arc length shortens, the welding current increases, stabilizing the arc regardless of its length.
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device): Reduces output voltage (between ground and electrode) to a safe level, preventing accidental shock during breaks in welding. The VRD system provides additional safety for the welder and those nearby, particularly useful in harsh environmental conditions.
- Slow Feed: Adjusts the wire approach speed for stable arc ignition, especially at high wire feed speeds, minimizing welding defects at the start of the weld.
- Post Gas: Protects the solidifying weld pool by shielding it with gas after welding.
The Spartus EasyMIG 215 is perfect for both beginner welders and professionals.
