SERVIMIG 160 is a MIG/MAG welding machine from Servitech, designed for welding with a maximum current of 150A at a 20% duty cycle and 90A at a 60% duty cycle. Its compact design, with a weight of only 8 kg, makes it an excellent choice for field applications, installations, and finishing work, as well as workshop environments. The machine features a durable casing with rubber components that protect it from damage and shocks.

The device allows welding with wires ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 mm in diameter and accommodates small D100 wire spools. It is equipped with a 2-roll feeding mechanism that ensures stable wire feeding. The welder includes a polarity change function, enabling the use of self-shielded flux-cored wire up to 0.9 mm in diameter (known as gasless welding). The machine has built-in sockets for cables sized 10-25 mm².

SERVIMIG 160 allows for optimal current adjustment based on the material thickness, controlled using the top knob on the front panel. Users can also adjust the Balance parameter, which directly affects the welding arc length, using the bottom knob. The machine comes with an integrated MB15 welding torch with a 2-meter length.
