Inverter Tig Fronius Artis 210 EF

The digital inverter device Artis 210 EF is the latest machine from Fronius, which is distinguished by its low weight and high efficiency. It allows continuous operation with a power of 160 A in a 100% cycle. The maximum current that can be welded using the TransTig 210 EF inverter is 210 A in a 40% cycle. The welder weighs 9.7 kg and, thanks to the PFC filter, is adapted for safe operation with generators. Thanks to these features, the device is an excellent solution for assembly work and work performed at heights. The modular design of the device and the use of the TMC plug allow for the connection of a remote control. The machine is equipped with an intuitive and legible control panel.

Functions of the Fronius Artis 210 EF Tig inverter welder

The Artis 210 EF inverter enables TIG DC welding in 2-tact and 4-tact mode. It also allows the welding arc to be ignited using standard contact ignition or high-frequency (HF) ignition. The Artis 210 EF is equipped with TIG functions such as:

-       spot welding

-       pulse welding

-       tacking

-       interval welding.

During welding in 4-tact and 2-tact mode, it is possible to set the electrode diameter and current intensity. In case of incorrect selection of parameters, the "electrode overload" indicator appears. From the panel, the user can also adjust the welding path characteristics by setting the value of the main current (I-1), starting current (I-S) and final current (I-E).

As a third mode of operation of the inverter welder, it enables welding with a coated electrode. For the MMA method, the following functions are available:

-       anti stick,

-       hot start,

-       welding arc dynamics parameter.
