Semi-automatic welding machine Lincoln Electric Powertec i380C Advanced + Cooler COOL ARC®26

Powertec i380c Advanced is a compact inverter semi-automatic welding machine, designed for MIG/MAG and MMA welding. The device allows for operation with a current of 380A in a 40% cycle. Powertec i380c has the option of liquid cooling, thanks to the COOL ARC 26 cooler. It is possible to manage the operation of the cooling unit from the welding source panel. The welder is distinguished by a 7” color TFT display and 28 synergistic programs. 

Powertec i380c Advanced is a machine created by welders, which makes it exceptionally intuitive. The device is manufactured in Poland with the greatest attention to detail. It is characterized by high simplicity and convenience of use, thanks to the clear control panel and two adjustment knobs. The display is additionally protected by a durable front cover. The device is extremely durable because its housing is made of metal. It is additionally secured with rubber bumpers, protecting against impacts. For user convenience, the manufacturer has included a practical tool shelf in the Powertec i380c Advanced, which helps keep the workspace organized. A designated spot for the welding torch ensures it's always within reach and ready for use, preventing issues with tangled cables. The gas bottle shelf is positioned lower than in other brands' devices, simplifying the mounting process and reducing the risk of injury associated with lifting heavy cylinders. Lincoln Electric equipment undergoes rigorous True Heavy Duty testing. Extreme environmental conditions (such as water, dust, frost, or heat) and industrial challenges pose no problem for the welder’s operation. Additionally, the manufacturer provides a 3-year warranty on the device. A distinctive feature of the Powertec series machines is the wire feeder positioned at a 45-degree angle. This design ensures optimal wire feeding, preventing bending and kinking of the wire. It also contributes to achieving a more stable arc and reduces vibrations in the torch. The machine is equipped with four drive rolls, which eliminate wire slippage and protect against wire deformation. For user convenience, it includes an inspection window for monitoring wire levels and internal LED lighting to facilitate spool changes. Additionally, the USB port allows for easy software updates and the uploading and saving of new synergic lines.  

Powertec i380c is a synergic device, which makes it exceptionally easy to use. After entering the output information, such as: type and thickness of the welded material, wire diameter and gas used, the device automatically suggests the remaining parameters, which include: current intensity and voltage and wire feed speed. The machine has 28 pre-loaded synergic lines ready to work. Thanks to the visualization of the ARC FX connector, the user has insight into the changed welding parameters. 

The device enables welding with a coated electrode (MMA) using the following functions: hot start, arc dynamics and Arc Force (arc force).  

The Powertec i380c welder enables MIG/MAG welding using functions such as: 2-stroke, 4-stroke, spot welding, hot start and crater filling.  

In order to optimize the welding process, the user also has the following parameters at their disposal: arc dynamics (inductance), wire approach speed (free wire outlet), gas pre- and post-flow and arc length. The machine also allows for saving welding programs, so-called JOBs.
