The Powertec i250c Standard is an inverter-based semi-automatic welder with a maximum output of 250 A at a 40% duty cycle. It features excellent technical parameters and a compact design, making it suitable for both industrial and workshop environments. The device supports MMA (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and MIG/MAG welding methods. Unlike the Advanced series, it comes equipped with a digital panel, providing straightforward controls for ease of use. The welder includes dials and buttons for adjusting settings, ensuring user-friendly operation and hassle-free management. The Powertec i250c is highly intuitive and known for its simplicity, making it an ideal choice for users who prioritize ease of use and efficient operation.

Thanks to its metal construction, the Powertec i250c Standard is exceptionally durable and suitable for use in harsh working conditions, such as dust, rain, and extreme environmental conditions. The electronic modules are protected with resin, enhancing the inverter’s durability, which has been confirmed through True Heavy Duty testing. The welder is equipped with a dedicated space for the welding torch and a convenient tool shelf, contributing to an organized workspace. The low-mounted gas bottle holder allows for easy loading and handling of the cylinder. The Powertec i250c Standard is manufactured in Poland, reflecting its high-quality construction and reliability.  

The feeder, positioned at a 45o angle, is an innovative solution that prevents the risk of wire kinking and makes it easier to obtain a stable arc. The use of 4 feed rollers prevents the wire from slipping and guarantees its stable guidance without vibrations in the handle. As a result, the material is transferred smoothly, and the entire welding process is characterized by a small amount of spatter.

The Powertec i250c Standard welder allows for standard MMA welding (covered electrode). The entire process can be optimized using the following parameters: hot start, arc dynamics (inductance) and Arc Force. The inverter also enables MIG/MAG welding using CO2 or gas-mixed flux-cored wire and self-shielding wire. The user can adjust the process using parameters such as: wire approach speed, arc dynamics and length, and gas pre- and post-flow. In order to optimize work, the following functions are also available: 2-tact, 4-tact, crater filling, hot start and spot welding.

 The Powertec device also features 30% lower power consumption and is covered by a 3-year warranty.
