The Powertec i320C Advanced semi-automatic welder is a compact device that is ideal for MIG/MAG and MMA welding. The inverter allows for operation with a maximum current of 320A at a 40% cycle. The Powertec i320 is equipped with a large 7” TFT display and 25 synergic programs that facilitate work and parameter selection. The Powertec i320c Standard is manufactured in Poland. The Powertec Advanced series is distinguished by its intuitive operation and user comfort. The panel is easy to navigate thanks to two knobs and a button. The device features a robust and solid metal construction, ensuring high durability. The use of a four-wheeled trolley with a low chassis facilitates easy transportation and enables hassle-free loading of the gas cylinder. For user convenience, the manufacturer has included a practical tool shelf to help keep the workspace organized. A dedicated holder for the welding torch ensures that it is always within reach and easily accessible.

WIRE FEEDER

An important advantage of the "Powertec Advanced" series is the innovative placement of the wire feeder at a 45-degree angle. This design prevents the wire from bending or kinking, ensuring stable feeding. The stability is further enhanced by the four drive rollers, which prevent the wire from slipping and protect against deformation. Additionally, an inspection window on the lid allows users to check the amount of wire without opening the device. Internal LED lighting facilitates the easy replacement of rollers and spools.

The device has a USB port, which allows, among other things, for quick software updates and saving and uploading new synergic lines. A great convenience is the visualization of the ArcFXTM connector, thanks to which the user has a preview of the set welding parameters. The Powertec i320c Advanced is a synergic device, which means that after entering the output information (such as: thickness and type of welded material, wire diameter, gas used), it automatically suggests the remaining parameters.  

The Powertec i320c Advanced welder enables MMA welding, offering the following functions:

●     arc dynamics,

●     hot start,

●     Arc Force.

The machine also allows you to work with the MIG/MAG method, with functions such as:

●     2-tact, 4-tact,

●     hot start,

●     crater filling,

●     spot welding.  

The user can also set the following parameters: inductance (arc dynamics), gas pre- and post-flow, wire outlet (wire approach speed) and arc length, which influence the optimization of the entire welding process.
