WELDYCAR is a four-wheeled portal trolley designed for mechanizing the welding process in various positions (horizontal, vertical, and overhead).
WELDYCAR NV trolleys are fully independent devices with a rechargeable battery allowing continuous operation for up to 6 hours. The proposed trolleys can be quickly integrated with manual MIG/MAG welding machines without the need for additional equipment. They are lightweight and durable, ensuring high-quality automated welding and ease of use. The magnetic pad allows for welding in constrained positions without the need for additional equipment. The pad is activated very easily using a lever. The incorporated microcontroller allows for custom programming of the trolley (SP version). There are three versions of welding trolleys available with various options.
The WELDYCAR trolley comes with:

It features a drive system allowing the trolley to move at speeds from 5 to 70 cm/min.
The model is suitable for vertical welding and can also be used with an oscillator.
