DESCRIPTION
This rotator allows the rotation of cylindrical pieces with diameter and weight according the range. Each rotator is composed of a mechanical structure and rotation roller motorized or not, with continuous roller adjusting with screw. In the motorized version, the rotator is equipped of an electrical cabinet. It has also a remote control with 2 rotation directions : speed control by potentiometer.
In standard the rotator is equipped with a kit auto:
- this kit allows to synchronize the automatic rotation of rotator with the welding start (simple exterior contact).
In standard the rotator is equipped with a display:
- this complement allows to display the linear speed in cm / min by means of a numerical indicator on the front face of the electrical box.
